Jatoba is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, with three bedrooms on the ground floor, each featuring an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third has a single bunk bed. Also on this level, a ski room with heated boot and glove dryers, a spacious garage, and an inviting outdoor hot tub await you. The first floor promises a memorable stay with a master double bedroom, en-suite bathroom, lounge, cinema corner, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area. Naturally, the property is well-equipped with a kitchen, linens, towels, and toiletries.

Nestled in the tranquil residential area of Les Tines, the property is surrounded by a private road leading to a golf course, hiking, and mountain bike trails, all within a short walk. Bus and train lines, just 200 meters away, make journeys to the heart of Chamonix and ski lifts effortless. The home truths:

- Jatoba is located in a quiet residential area, a bit off-center. Nevertheless it is conveniently located half-way between the centers of Chamonix and Argentiere and has nearby transport links.

- New constructions are in progress next to the chalet. There may be occasional noise and the views might be a bit obstructed. Please note however that the construction works stop during winter.

- The internet connection is the best we can set up at this location. There is high-speed internet (optical fiber not yet available) but you may experience difficulties to connect to the Wi-Fi (and therefore the smart TV).

- End-of-stay cleaning is included and you have the option to benefit from cleaning and laundry services during your stay on request, as a supplement. Linen (sheets, pillowcases and bed covers), towels and bath mats are provided.

- Our neighbours are really nice locals known to be early birds, therefore we kindly remind you that parties and other loud festivities are not allowed in the property.
