  • Recently renovated 60m² apartment, ideal for 2 adults and 2 children.
    Ideally located in the center of Chamonix, close to all amenities.
    Its spacious terrace with direct views of Mont Blanc will make your stay even more enjoyable.


    The accommodation is composed as follows:

    A spacious living room with:

    - a sofa area for relaxing
    - a dining area
    - a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, raclette machine)
    - a first bedroom with two single beds (80x200 cm)
    - a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine
    - a second bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and dressing room
    - a balcony and a spacious 30m² terrace with views of Mont Blanc, perfect to eat outside, complete this apartment.


    During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.
    In the event of non-compliance with this law, we decline all responsibility in the event of inability to access the accommodation and will not be able to assist you.


    Ideally located in the town center, leave your car behind and enjoy the streets of Chamonix on foot. Everything is nearby, making your stay all the more enjoyable (supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, etc.).


    Please note that this accommodation does not have a parking space. You will therefore need to park in one of the paid car parks (Mont-Blanc, Médiathèque, Patinoire, Place du Poilu or Parking de l'Outa).

    There are two bus stops near the flat:
    - Mummery stop, line 1: takes you to the Flégère cable car in Les Praz de Chamonix or the Les Houches ski area.

    Place Mont-Blanc stop, line 2: takes you to the Bossons Glacier or the Tour ski area.
