    The apartment is very close to the Savoy ski lift, ideal for beginners, and is near the shuttle bus stops for accessing the various ski areas.
    An underground parking space is included with the apartment.
    Its balcony is pleasant in all seasons, offering superb views of the mountains and featuring a dining area.


    Very pleasant 39m² apartment located in the center of Chamonix, close to all amenities.
    The apartment is composed as follows:
    - a small entrance hall
    - a bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet
    - a bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed and storage space for clothes
    - a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, raclette machine, coffee maker, hotplates, etc.) opening onto the dining area

    - a living room with a 140x190cm sofa bed and a 120cm Smart TV
