Localisation parfaite au pied des pistes
Idéalement placé entre ville et montagne.
Pas besoin de voiture sur place.
À deux pas de la ville avec ses commerces, restaurants, casino.
Cours pour enfants devant la résidence.
Balcon très ensoleillé le midi.
Seul bémol, un micro-ondes aurait été le bienvenu dans l’appartement.
Sinon aucun soucis,

Emplacement idéal et résidence bien entretenue. Appartement : 1 micro ondes serait le bienvenu, Nettoyage des bordures de fenêtre qui sont très encrassées. Sinon tt est impeccable.

Excellente vue sur le Massif du Mont Blanc
Une très belle vue depuis le balcon sur le Massif du Mont Blanc et le Brévent. Résidence toujours aussi agréable et très bien entretenue. Appartement correctement équipé cependant il manque quelques prestations : micro-onde, sèche-cheveux, chaise à remplacer pour dîner, séchoir à linge pour le balcon trop usager.

Bien situé Immeuble en parfait état Garage couvert Confort (éclairage,lit en 140 limité) Propreté très superficielle:moquette chambre sale ,sol wc avec cheveux collés au sol
