The perfect place for unforgettable moments:
The chalet "Les Lupins" has an exceptional placement in the Valley of Chamonix, in "Les Tines". It can offer in summer as in winter an exquisite place for 4 to 5 persons. Situated on the border of the river Arve, in an authentic and preserved frame, very paceful, the property is bordered with very old fir trees and offers a spectaculary view over the whole Mont-Blanc chain. Very near to the most important ski stations (Les Houches, Les Grands Montets, Balme, Brévent-Flégère…), the chalet "Les Lupins" is also the ideal point for walking in one of the most beautiful part of the valley. It is a perfect place for nature lovers who want to have dream holidays. It is also particularly adapted to families because the garden is closed and allows the children to play in safety.
Built 1954, on a plane grounds of easy access, the chalet "Les Lupins" has been totally renoved in September 2010. The specialists of renovation of "mazots" (the word for old wooden house in Chamonix) have managed to preserve the original authenticity and to combine it with the comfort requirements of today. The decoration is respecting the mountain spirit and honors the wood as a nobel material. The Scandivian oven is giving a warmly atmosphere. A big terrace of 60 m² exposed to south-east with its wooden furniture allows to fully enjoy the beautiful view over the Mont-Blanc.

Chalet e posizione spettacolari!
Abbiamo trascorso 4 notti allo chalet les Lupins con i due nostri amici a 4 zampe (un gatto e un cane). Siamo stati benissimo. Lo chalet è molto accogliente, caldo e silenzioso. Completamente accessoriato. La posizione è fantastica: immerso nella natura a 100 mt dall'inizio del bosco. Consigliato a chi ama la tranquillità, la natura e la privacy. Chamonix centro è solo a 5 min di macchina. Brigitte e Bruno molto attenti, disponibili e simpatici!

Ein Chalet zum Wohlfühlen
Wir haben 14 Tage Haus und Umgebung genossen. Tolle ruhige Lage am Waldrand. Von der schönen Terasse hat man einen super Blick auf die Berge. Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus hat alles was man braucht. Wir sind Wiederholungstäter und kommen gerne wieder.

Le chalet des Lupins : un petit paradis dans les sapins !
Nous avons fortement apprécié notre séjour. Chalet rustique et typique( le plaisir du bois). Chalet rénové il y a quelques années mais avec toujours beaucoup d'attraits. Cet esprit montagnard est renforcé par le pêle à bois( un vrai) qui vous réchauffe l'atmosphère dès que vous en ressentez le besoin. Un emplacement au top pour celles et ceux qui aiment la randonnée. ( point de départ de randonnées multiples : avec dénivelé, sans dénivelé, pour rejoindre le centre de Chamonix......) Le plus non négligeable est la carte de Hôte pour le train de la vallée qui vous permet de sillonner tous les secteurs à moins de 3 minutes à pied du chalet ( gare des Tines). Passionné de la Montagne , c'est la première fois que je vis un séjour aussi chaleureux réunissant la qualité du chalet , au lieu d'implantation de celui-ci et de tout ce qu'il y a à faire quand on aime le sport nature comme notre famille ( + de 140 kms de randonnée effectué au départ du chalet sur notre semaine ).

Le séjour était super. Le chalet est idéalement situé. La propreté du chalet est à redire par contre. Reste de nourriture moisie dans le micro-onde. État générale pas très propre. Pour le reste nous avons été ravis. Contact facile avec la gérante des lieux, flexible dans les horaires d’arrivée et de départ.

Chalet très agréable et bien exposé
Le chalet des lupins est très bien équipé. La terrasse donne la vue sur le massif du Mont Blanc et permet de profiter du soleil même en avril. Le coin est calme et en bordure de forêt ce qui nous a permis un soir de croiser deux biches ! La rénovation de cet ancien chalet est charmante. Adresse à recommander

On a eu la chance que la neige soit tombée toute la journée , quel paysage et quel bonheur le lendemain pour aller chercher le pain en passant par la forêt .

Es war ein sehr schöner gelungener Ski Urlaub in dem schönen Chalet in Les Tines
ich war zusammen mit 5 Freunden vom 12.01-19.01.2019 im Chalet in Les Tines. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Sonia, der Dame die sich vor Ort um die Liegenschaften kümmert empfangen. Das Chalet ist geräumig gestaltet, so dass wir zu 6. keine Platz Probleme hatten und lässt was komfort betrifft keine Wünsche übrig. Die voll ausgestattete Küche ermöglichte uns täglich unser Abendessen zu kochen und das hochwertige mit Hand getöpferte Geschirr problemlos in der Spülmaschine zu spülen. Auf der schönen verschneiten Terrasse lassen sich bis zum Sonnenuntergang die Berge besichtigen. Nach einem anstrengendem kalten Skitag, zögerten wir nicht mit dem anzünden des Holzofens. Ein weiteres Plus ist die einzigartige schön gestaltete Dusche und die Tatsache dass sie von der Toilette getrennt ist. Die Nähe zu Chamonix nutzten wir aus und gingen fast täglich einkaufen. Auch die vielen Skigebiete in der Region sind mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, die im Skipass inbegriffen sind problemlos erreichbar. Ich wünsche allen weiteren Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt. Da es uns so sehr gefallen hat, ist bereits der nächste Urlaub in dem Chalet in Planung.
