Completely renovated in 2022 with all new furnishings and appliances, Apartment Bonatti 202 sits on the edge of Chamonix town centre with everything you need right at your doorstep. Your private balcony looks out over Chamonix town and the Brévent mountain - perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation after a day in the mountains. The world-famous MBC (Micro Brasserie de Chamonix) bistro sits on the ground floor of the building, so you have great food and craft beer on tap right downstairs.

Maximum convenience in the heart of the action. The paragliding landing field sits directly opposite - watch the colourful canopies drift in throughout the day. Swimming pool and ice rink both 200m away. In winter, the cross-country ski track starts just 50m from your door, with equipment rental 100m away. The ski bus stops 100m away. Train station, shops, and restaurants all within a short walk. Three public car parks within 200m for those arriving by car. MBC downstairs means you don't even need to leave the building for excellent après-ski and craft beers.

The Bonatti Apartments are a collection of three modern apartments that can be rented individually or combined for larger groups. Bonatti 202 (this apartment) has two bedrooms sleeping four. Bonatti 201 has one bedroom sleeping four with a sofa bed. Bonatti 203 has two bedrooms sleeping four with bunks. Together, all three apartments provide five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and sleep 10-12 guests. The apartments share a private entrance exclusively for Bonatti guests, with each apartment having its own lockable door for privacy. Bonatti 202 and 203 have a connecting doorway between living areas for groups wanting shared space.

Great spot

Easy access and very responsive host. Property was clean, as described, stocked well, and comfortable. Very close to bus stop for ski access and easy to walk to restaurants and bakeries. It does help to have earplugs for sleep as the train runs by just behind the building and can be loud as it passes
