"The cabin is in a great location right by the resort. It does need some attention though as the rooms are freezing and there were no space heaters. The big heater only heats the hallway and kitchen so bring something to keep warm at night in the bedrooms. The shower barely works, most of the water fills the tub and doesn’t come out of the shower head. Also there is very limited hot water so if you have more than 2 people staying here showering can be time consuming while you wait for the heater...

"My husband took our son and a few friends to Big Bear to go mountain biking for the weekend. This was the perfect place for them. There was room for everyone, the house was very comfortable and the boys could just ride to/from the mountain without the need of a drop off. Just note, there is no airconditioning, so it's hot in the summer even with the windows open. Apparently, few places in the Big Bear area have AC, so this is normal. If you have a chance to stay here do it!"
