Rooms were very clean, staff personable, and overall experience was great. However the food at Jasmine’s was served cold, particularly wasn’t my favorite for it to be advertised as preferred VIP dining, it did not meet the standard as far as food quality.

Catalonia Riviera Maya Resort and Spa All Inclusive
The room was clean. We had the do not disturb sign up and a staff member came into the room anyways. We didnt ask for our room to be cleaned another day and they still came in and left a note saying they couldnt clean our room as we left electronics out.
