Excelente servicio y el hotel muy limpio

I like the amenities and the shows every day activities. It was fun. But i don't like some of the stuff are lack of knowledge they doesn't know where the right direction. Like my experience I'm asking about where to go for a restaurant reservation. They send us to a wrong dept. Like literally twice that they send me to the wrong person. Also about money changing you to go to the front desk and go to the line for the people who check in and check out. Then u are there the front desk tell me to go to the 3rd person and go to the other line. So annoying and wasting my time to that line then tell me not there but to the other person. The front desk are mean! Overall not organized and very inconvenient.

Been to Cancun multiple times, this resort is by far one of the nicest, not too big, perfect sized resort. Staff are awesome! Place is kept clean. The bar in the lobby is very convenient. Will definetly comeback here

The property was beautiful, rooms clean and modern. Pools were great and activities during the day and entertainment in the evening as well as the night club. Almost all of the staff were fun, helpful and accommodating. The beach and the pools had lots of options for free loungers and cabanas compared to other resorts which was nice. Nice array of restaurants, but we were disappointed to not get to dine at the mediterranean restaurant that we had made a reservation for as the men in our group had not packed long pants since it was July and very warm in Mexico. I would think a nice collared shirt and slack styled shorts with closed toe shoes would have been acceptable as we have been to nicer resorts and dined at their fine dinning in such clothing. We had to call maintenance to our room twice for the air conditioning thinking it was broken and had to specifically ask for them to set the thermostat lower so we would be comfortable at night, which they ended up doing on the second visit. Just thought that situation was a little strange since our children's room came at the temperature we were requesting. The spa facilities were lovely and 90 min massages amazing for all 6 of us in our group, the front desk at the spa seemed a little disorganized, it seems several people we spoke to had their time for their massage screwed up that day including us, but the whole experience after check in made up for it. Overall a great week spent with family and making new friends!
