Music by the pool area and beach can be lowered

The location is amazing. Staff are wonderful. Room was a bit basic but clean. Food is just ok but for the beach alone it’s worth it!

It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

The hotel and room were AMAZING!! Ive stayed at alot of Rius over the last 4 years and this was the BEST ONE YET!!! My husband and i were very impressed and will be back!! The pools were very big and clean, restrooms were near by, and the beach access was very close to the pools..overall this hotel was INCREDIBLE!!! The rooms were spacious and beautiful!!!

We experienced several issues during our stay that significantly impacted our comfort and overall impression of the property. For three consecutive days, we had no air conditioning or hot water, which made it extremely difficult to rest, especially with the constant loud banging and noise throughout the hotel during both daytime and nighttime hours. While the food was satisfactory and the dining staff provided excellent service, we were disappointed by the lack of dress-code enforcement. It was uncomfortable to see some guests allowed into the dining areas wearing inappropriate attire, such as spandex or clothing that was not suitable for a resort setting. Additionally, our interactions with the front desk staff were not pleasant. They were neither friendly nor accommodating, and did not appear willing to address the concerns we raised during our stay. Overall, we were not impressed with this hotel. Having stayed at other Riu Palace locations, we expected a higher standard of service and hospitality. Unfortunately, this property did not meet those expectations, and we would not choose to return.
