"The apartment was nice. The building was nice, and the staff was very nice. The free laundry was wonderful. My only complaint is that I was turned away with a small group of 3 friends that were going to rest during the carnival for an hour or so. I was told that I was not allowed to have ANY guests in the apartment. This policy was not explicitly stated in the listing and it came as kind of a surprise and a disappointment. "

"Overall it seems like the minimum amount of effort goes into operating this apartment.
Even though check in is supposed be 3pm, I arrived after 5pm and had to wait 30 minutes for the cleaning to be finished.
I agree with the past comment about dirty grout in the shower. Also, the dish sponge was dirty and even though there was a coffee machine, there were no coffee pods.
The 24 hour automated mart was really convenient for snack/drink purchases."
"The very first contact was so rude saying that in Brazil i should only speak Portuguese ! The receptionist was sleeping in the same room and at the point at 11 in the morning i got a phone call. And he strated to insult me and hit the walls !!! Incredible !!!

"Honestly, this was such an amazing stay and felt like a sweet, memorable part of São Paulo! The location is central and close to so many incredible food spots, unique experiences, and great shopping. All the staff were so attentive and welcoming we felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. The restaurant and bar teams went above and beyond.
Even though we don’t speak much Portuguese, they made it work and helped us in every way they could. William at the front desk was truly one of the highlights of our trip he gave us fantastic recommendations and was so friendly and charismatic. Honestly, we’d come back just for him alone!

"Hotel is a "minimalist" hotel. But price value for price paid is excellent Rooms are small but have the necessary and are clean. Hotel could do with a bit of renovation, especially hallways and doors and some small details. Staff very good, and service really good. Breakfast good for price paid. Location is good, in the Pinheiros area with many good restaurants close by. Metro station 5 minute walk from the property, and Uber service very fast. "
