Nice and spacious rooms.

A pleasant hotel, which has some 1980s charm. Well maintained, despite its age, and in a good location, close to Pinheiros, Vila Madalena, and Faria Lima.

Experiência muito ruim em razão do quarto

O quarto tinha uma porta que ligava com outro quarto e não tinha qualquer isolamento. Assim, qualquer som do lado era ouvido. Ainda que o hóspede falasse baixo e com baixo volume da TV, era impossível dormir com o barulho ao lado. Esses quartos compartilhados não deveriam ser comercializados… E isso sequer foi informado na compra.

Tivemos problema com o cofre no quarto e, no café da manha de domingo que era para começar as 06h30, so foi ter início depois das 07h10 e vários hospedes tinham compromisso as 07 horas. Quando abriraram a porta do refeitório nao tinha sequer café, comemos o que tinha lá que mais parecia ser as sobras do dia anterior. No mais, a estadia foi ok, apenas esse dessabor que passamos no domingo, especificamente. Mas lembrando, não é um hotel de cen reais. Sendo assim, não gostamos disso e não retornariamos

As acomodações são excelentes, deixou a desejar quanto ao café da manhã que atrasou. No dia estavam hospedados vários candidatos de concurso público que ocorreu na parte da manhã. Com o atraso em servir o café, foi servido parcialmente para não prejudicar ainda mais quem teria compromisso pela manhã. Não foi servida nenhuma bebida até o momento que aguardei no hotel. Fora esse desarranjo, estadia foi boa.
