"Run down place with some badly cleaned areas, no Kleenex, old stale Keurig pods, ok beds, & an office desk staffed infrequently, & no breakfast/snacks. Very basic place to sleep."

"Room needed better cleaning; both rugs were filthy, dust bundles everywhere. The first room I was in was dirtier than the one they moved me to. Amenities here made up for some of that: they had a very nice pool area and gym. I would not consider this property a hotel - it does not have any onsite restaurants and there is no housekeeping service (unless you pay a fee; I believe it was $75). We only stayed for 3 days; if I had a longer stay I would most likely not stay here due to that. Overall, it was nice to have a full size kitchen and enjoy the pool area, but housekeeping needs proper training. "

"Overall, the stay had some positives, but a few things would make me think twice about coming back. When we first got to our room, the shower wasn’t working, but the staff handled it quickly. They moved us to another room nearby, which was really convenient since we didn’t have to drag all our stuff across the hotel. The rooms seemed recently upgraded. The bed was really comfortable, the pillows were soft, and it was nice having both a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was okay—nothing amazing, but good enough for a quick bite. There are also several fast food spots within walking distance, including a McDonald’s, which was convenient. The main downside was the surrounding area. It wasn’t the cleanest, and there were quite a few homeless individuals around, some appearing to be using drugs, which made it feel a bit sketchy at times. That said, the hotel does have security on-site, and after 9pm you need a room key to enter, which helped. It worked well for us since we were there for spring training and just needed a place to sleep. If you’re not planning to spend much time at the hotel, it gets the job done—but the area is something to keep in mind."

"Such a great place with an amazing courtyard with a hammock, outdoor games, and a fire pit. The unit was super cute and had everything we could possibly need for our weekend! The bed was extremely comfortable and as someone who has a hard time sleeping...I slept so amazingly well! Very clean and check in was a breeze. Communication was fantastic and the host checked in making sure we had everything we needed. This will definitely be my go to place the next time I am in town. Five stars!"
