The hotel’s location couldn’t be better. It sits right on Gran Vía, Madrid’s main avenue, meaning we were just steps away from major attractions, great restaurants, and endless things to do. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Our room was modern, comfortable, and spotless, and every interaction with the hotel team was warm, friendly, and respectful. "The location is top tier. There are so many things to do as soon as you step out of the hotel. The room was clean and nice. Everything that I needed was within arms reach. I decided to save the best for last, the staff. The staff was wonderful from the second that I arrived. I felt as if they took a special interest in making my stay as pleasurable as possible.
