"Hotel was doing renovations, was only there for one night for a early flight the next day. "

"We booked our room for 4 people (2 adults 2 kids- kind suite with sofa bed) we had no blankets, pillows or even towels for 4 people. When we asked we were told sorry they are sold out so they don’t have anymore. We complained again as we had no bedding or pillows for my kids’s bed and finally after 2 phone calls to the front desk and one in person visit down there we got 1 blanket and 1 pillow@11pm…. 2 hours after we originally asked for it. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for pillows and blankets when you pay $350 for one night at a hotel. Super disappointing and not ok! "

"We had a group of 7 and found that it was great to have the 5 bedrooms so everyone could have their own space. However, seating in the dining and main living area wasn’t ideal for a group of our size. We noticed some aspects of the home were untidy (a dirty towel in the kitchen on the floor, a drink splattered up onto the kitchen cupboards, the dishes were dirty). The host was great to communicate with and answered quite promptly and was very kind. Location is perfect if you’re going to Airdrie or the Airport!"
