"This hotel surpassed our expectations in every category. The room was beautiful and spacious. The staff was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about local restaurants and sights. Genuinely one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We’re already planning a return to Santiago next year, and will stay a the Castillo Rojo again. Wine in the courtyard every evening was a highlight, along with the excellent early breakfast. The neighborhood stays active late into the night, but it’s not disruptive to sleep and relaxation."

"Super clean , everything was shining! The toilet had bidet which was so modern that you felt like you are controlling an airplane! The toilet was warm and pleasant! The pressure of water was high. Location is perfect . Negative point was the view from window that opened to neighboring buildings which were very ugly but not hotel’s fault. The reception staff tried to charge me $120 dollars for 4 hours early check in but finally they agreed to let me check in early for $ 35 The breakfast was more cooked to order rather than buffet ."
