When I arrived at the hotel I was feeling disheartened by what I saw…piles of garbage all over. Inside the hotel was clean, and the lady, Hermana (sp) spoke some English, and was so nice. The room was wonderful, and the bed was so comfortable that I was spend my whole holiday in it. The breakfast was delicious, and plentiful. I usually had a bowl of fruit with cream. Some toast and eggs. The area around the hotel looks very rough, but the people are so kind that it’s impossible to feel uncomfortable. I enjoyed my stay, and will make it a yearly visit

If anything, I praise part of their staff in reception who were approachable, respectful and helpful answering queries. Some were just not that interested and were just there “doing a shift”. The hotel itself needs proper cleaning and good investment to improve doors, windows and others. The area can be dangerous especially in the evenings and nights. Overall, it has potential, but can be an adventure.

The hotel is not quite like what appears in the pictures or description. The hotel is in a bad area. All businesses have steel gates and graffiti. We were warned about walking outside at night. There is no phone in the room. To reach the front desk, you must use your cell phone and call the hotel. That's even on the check-in brochure. Breakfast is scheduled to start at 8am. There is a picture of the breakfast buffet equipment covered in table clothes taken after 8am. They hadn't even started set-up and it was after 8. Our room didn't have colored pillows or a bed runner/bed scarf. When we walked to the bed, we noticed long black hair and dirt marks on the comforter. We also didn't have a side chair in our room. There was one light on each stand next to the bed but they didn't match. The light fixture on the ceiling above the bed had been taped over with electric tape. The hanging light in the bathroom didn't even have a bulb. It's an open socket. There were two old bath towels & two floor towels for outside the shower in the room. No washclothes for faces or hand towels for drying hands. The hotel description mentions a bar. They have a physical bar structure but not a bar for drinks and socializing.There is a physical bar but it doesn't even have glasses on the shelves so it hasn't been used in a long time.

Without doubt or exaggeration the worst check in experience of any hotel, anywhere in the world. On arrival we were told to wait because the receptionist was dealing with another guest. This guest was not present. Ten minutes later she returned, apparently after leaving to get money. What followed was her tediously slow payment process, including going in and out of the hotel at least twice more. The receptionist never offered to check us in in-between. It was 25 minutes before we were dealt with, also excruciatingly slowly. At no point were we offered a seat, a drink or an apology. The hotel itself is impossible to describe. It feels like a poor reproduction of the hotel in the pictures. It's in a fairly dingy back street. The lobby and breakfast area is massive and eerie with the feel of a disused government building. The room did not look like the photos: it was much more dated with an unusual mix of furniture and old curtains. The bed and bedding were mostly clean apart from a stain. Walls are thin and a gym in the same building is noisy. Housekeeping procedures were baffling: - the bed throw we had removed was taken and a new, dirty one placed on the bed - 2 pillow protectors were replaced with children's cartoon pillowcases. - perfectly good toiletries were thrown away - the bathmat had been taken and not replaced and the hand towel had been draped over the back of the toilet. There was no 'do not disturb' sign. Breakfast was mediocre and not replenished quickly.

Minha estadia foi ótima, a recepção do hotel sempre muito solicitos, fornecem café da manhã antecipado caso os horários não coincidam com o geral do hotel, o que facilita muito o dia a dia da viagem. Quartos sempre limpos, bem arrumados, cama bem confortável e espaço do quarto amplo para um casal espaçoso (como somos eu e minha namorada). Banheiro também espaço e chuveiro com água bem quente mesmo tarde da noite. Recomendo a todos.

Tudo muito bom, o único ponto negativo é que as paredes são de dywall e se escuta tudo dos outros quartos (o que em uma certa noite foi um pouco desagradável e constrangedor).

Estadia ok

O local tem seus prós e contras Prós: bom preço, quartos limpos, café da manhã ok (não tem muita variedade, mas é ok), tem um mini mercado junto ao hotel, o que pode ser útil, fica perto da estação de metrô e o Wifi do hotel funciona bem. Contras: fica um pouco afastado do resto da cidade, mas como tem estação de metrô perto, ok e também se você está disposto a caminhar, em 20 minutos está no Palácio de La Moneda. Além disso, ao lado do hotel tem uma escola de dança, então ele fica bem barulhento até as 21:00 e também não é apenas um hotel, existem mais atividades junto a ele, então percebi uma facilidade para entrar e sair pessoas no local, deixando a desejar na questão de segurança. Nos quartos não tem frigobar, o que pode ser ruim também.

Photos of the hotel are misleading, also told to not venture out after dark due to safety. The cleaners and staff were lovely, however the location and overall condition of the hotel were a bit off. Convenient having a convenience store on the bottom level, however some of the dance classes were noisy at the bottom level.

PÉSSIMO , hotel velho e mal localizado , os arredores fedem urina, banheiro com cortinas mofadas, sem proteção na janela contra claridade, sem ventilação no banheiro, café da manhã fraco, com suco artificial, poucas opções, as dependências do hotel eram divididas com outros estabelecimentos comerciais localizados na garagem do edifício e dividiam os banheiros da recepção com os hospedes, não recomendo. As avaliações recebidas com certeza são falsas pois o hotel não tem condições de estar neste site. Péssima experiência para um fim de viagem onde pudemos estar em outros dois hoteis perfeitos.

OJO NO ES UN HOTEL

OJO, tengan cuidado, no es un hotel, en el estacionamiento hay un gimnasio, parte del edificio hay gente viviendo, las habitacion carecen de limpieza y el personal de recepcion no resuelve ningun problema. Es tan distinto de lo publicado que me tenia dos dias reservados y me fui antes.

Não dependa do hotel

Não costumo reclamar e levo vários detalhes em considerações. O hotel em si é bom, porém se você precisa esquenta algo, e oferecem o microondas, realmente vai ser complicado. Então não dependa da estrutura do hotel para isto, o quarto em si está ok, bem simples mais útil. Café da manhã bom!

Pontos a melhorar no atendimento.

Minha estadia foi boa , porém um ponto que deixou a desejar um pouco foi que eu estava deitada e meu esposo no banho e do nada a camareira abre o quarto perguntando se queria a arrumação e eu informei que Não , achei desagradável. Para mim é algo simples a resolver como outras estadias os próprios hóspedes colocava uma plaquinha na maçaneta solicitando a arrumação .

Quarto com uma bela cama king, tv smart com os principais streaming se precisar. Ar condicionado e chuveiro a gás. Todos os dias foram muito bem limpos os quartos. Se tiver passeios muito cedo (antes do horário do café) eles reservam antes para que vc consiga comer. Se precisar pedir um delivery eles ajudam. Único ponto que pode pegar um pouco é o bairro. Meio feiao mas na minha experiência não tive nenhum medo de sair a noite. Super recomendado

Hotel bem Razoável, nao lá essas coisas mas tbm nao é ruim, local é bom bem perto da estaçao de metro o que facilita mto, café da manhã que ajuda a economizar, ducha mto boa Parte ruim : cheguei ás 6 da manhã e não me deixaram fazer check in e nem tomar café da manhã, fiquei congelando na recepção no sofá até as 14 horas Não tem frigobar Poderia tem disponivel café e chá na recepçao, o que é tão barato e agrada os hospedes

Hotel com excelente custo benefício, staff super atenciosos, lugar para guardar as malas se necessário. Quarto com ótima cama, banheiro necessitando de uma atualização. O café da manhã tem variedades, salada de fruta, pães, frios, ovo mexido, pães doces e etc. Fica a uma quarteirão do metrô (Cumming). Limpeza em geral do quarto e hotel em boas condições.
