"The breakfast is not incluide when you enter too the lobby smell bad ( humidity )the AC no working correct, i call and never repair, toilet is bad flush, light is bad, People and the parking not help they have bad comunication"

"Lovely hotel close to the airport. Clean rooms, nice food, good cocktails and nice staff. The only negative was that we had an early flight and had organised a taxi and another 5 people were waiting and only one taxi was supplied like a shuttle service so we only got picked up 25 min after original time "

"Everything was wonderful. There is a mall across the street within walking distance. The food is great at the restaurants. The breakfast buffet has a lot to offer. The pool was nice and so was the lounge area around it. I had two massages from Yadira that were the best. I had intended to only get one, but after the first, I had to get a second before heading home. If I come back to Managua, I will definitely stay here again. It was a very nice a relaxing trip. "
