Hotel is fantastic! Conveniently located right next to fine dining, shopping and entertainment. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was spectacular, not at all what you see at Hyatt Hotels in the U.S. A variety of delicious local foods as well as fruits. The staff was amazing, extremely friendly and professional, and always eager to please. We will definitely stay there again.

This hotel is very clean, the staff is super attentive. Not to mention, they serve a delicious Nicaraguan breakfast and other lunch and dinner options. Having the mall right next to us with easy access was a plus. The hotel also provides taxi services. We really enjoyed our stay here.
