"Check-in took more than 20mins. Not very friendly nor customer servicer oriented staff. They finally gave me a key card. I went to the room, opened the door and the room was dirty and not cleaned. Had to go back downstairs to the reception to ask for a new room. That took another 20mins! In the 2nd room, the bed was made but the pillows did not have any pillow cases. Communication with the owners was really good, they were really welcoming and their property beautiful and everything you need to self cater. We visited Disney whilst we were there, recommend this as a good location out of the parks. Will definitely stay again if in the area."

"Property and staff were all 11/10 unfortunately the apartments face a rail depot, which is ok in the daytime but trains run all night and when the drivers turn up at 05.30 and move all the trains out, you are awake!
