Could use a few more small amenities in the kitchen, we had two families 4 adults and 4 kids and was difficult to prepare meals with small fry pan and no baking sheets, but overall a great value and so much better than a hotel. Didn't have much communication, but my only question was answered quickly and then information to access the home, etc were provided timely without issue."
