"The room was so nice! It was a good size and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was super friendly and the cocktails and snack time was a really nice treat. Breakfast was awesome! They had so many options! I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay again. The only annoying thing was guests leaving their rooms and letting the door slam shut. But that’s just rude, inconsiderate people. "

"I stayed here for 1 night, following an ice storm. I had no power at my home in Nashville & needed a warm place to stay. I’m a healthcare worker at a close by hospital & was so relieved to find shelter here. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean & bed was very comfortable. The only complaint I have is that I was required to pay a $20 parking fee to park on an ice-covered parking lot. It would have been nice to have that fee waived during a tragic ice storm that caused over 225,000 homes to be out of power in frigid temps. "
