"When we arrived the first night 5/6, they told us our room was not available. They rebooked us in another hotel, which was not the same standard that we were seeking. They said they would refund our first night, but we still have not received a refund. Very horrible service. It is obvious they overbooked and decided to just kick us out."

What impressed me most throughout my visit was the consistent positivity and kindness shown by every staff member, no matter where I was in the hotel.
