We have stayed here a few times and have another time booked in the near future. Always lovely staff, close to the Commodore Ballroom, lots of variety of food options.

Overall lovely facility, ordered room service on our first afternoon which came with a nice little congratulations dessert for our recent engagement. Pool and hot tub are located within the night club and hours of use at 7:00am-7:00pm which was not detrimental but certainly would be nice have more "normal" hotel hours for such facilities (which we do recognize is not possible given the current set up). Our only other small note is you can hear the bass from the nightclub in some areas of the hotel. We were on the 9th floor and it was noticeable in our room, but not enough to keep us very tired guests awake.

We always love staying at the Fairmont and have had great experiences in the past. This time, however, there seemed to be a miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel. Our room ended up having a city view and a regular shower instead of the harbour and mountain view with the hot tub that we were expecting. We still enjoyed our stay, but we definitely missed the view and amenities this time.

The location of the hotel, very convenient walking distance to the train station, restaurants and downtown the rooms are very clean, staff are very helpful, the hotel restaurant food specially the salmon was delicious, and reasonably priced.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we felt very safe. We felt very taken care of, and we felt very comfortable. The vibe is very, cool yet very cozy. The hotel was incredibly cleanly, protective of their gas, and on guard, which just felt like a big hug.
