"My husband and his crew stayed in this house while they were working out of town. He said it was super clean. The dryer was needing repaired before they got there, but the owner communicated with us when the repairman would be there to fix it and make sure the time worked for us. Great communication and over all a great experience."

"This was a perfect trip. The cabin was cozy and made us feel nostalgic for times past. But nothing was dated in a way that made it hard to use. The electric fireplace was perfect for the Spring trip and cold mornings. We really felt like we were staying at our own lake house. Neighbors were nice, too. The spiral staircase is carpeted and our kids had no problems with it. Internet was fast. TVs looked good. Only thing missing was a disco ball!"

"I travel to Jeff City weekly for work and this little gem was within walking distance. The house is quite old, as are all in the neighborhood, but the interior is nice. Can't say much for the neighborhood. Very few maintain their yards and there are empty or broken alcohol bottles all over. However, it's quiet during the business week so no complaints there. I can't very well blame the owners for the neighborhood, just providing some details. They've been very responsive to all of my questions...

"Space was perfect for our group of four couples at the lake to boat. Beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever had at a rental! Everything was as described in the listing. Much thought was put into the details in this house! Loved that there were not a ton of steps down to the dock. Easy communication with Connie. Great stay!"
