"We had bugs on our ceiling, in our bathroom, and in our bed. Our shower was lukewarm at best. I told the front desk and they did nothing to accommodate or compensate us. I hardly ever complain about issues, but this was pretty poor. If I need a hotel in Alexandria I'll find somewhere else to go."

"Very clean & you could tell they are trying to upgrade with freshly painted walls. But apparently they moved things attached to the walls, so there were holes in the walls where Molly's were removed. They needed spackling & painting over the sparkle. We were greeted with the Hot Tub doesn't work right now & the internet is down (no TV) so can't finish check in. But later in the evening the internet was up again & we finished check-in. "We had a room with a kitchen, it was clean and very nice. It met our needs perfectly for the time we were there. The staff was helpful. You could see that they had recently done a remodel. It looked very nice and fresh. They did not have breakfast ability yet, but we new that going in as it was stated online. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but saw other people in there. If you had stayed there in the past you really need to give it another chance under the new management. If you have long hair or use conditioner you should bring your own as theirs is like water. Also bring your own hangers if you need to hang anything as there were none in our room nor a place to hang other than the bathroom."

"The pictures are deceiving. This place is in need of an major update. The rooms were good size but there were holes in the wall, shower door would not stay closed, and smelt like mold. I found a piece of glass in the pool, and the WiFi is horrible. The breakfast was surprisingly good though!"
