Plants abound on its Lookout Trail and Ethnobotanical Trail, but as “cloud supreme” (to which ‘Iao’s Hawaiian name translates), do know it’s best to arrive in the morning before the fog arrives. "5 star for the location, luau, and staff. We came here for my husband’s birthday. The luau in the hotel was amazing!!! Thank you for singing for my husband’s birthday :) The location is close to the beach, to the mall, and to restuarants. The only thing I didn’t like was the beds. The bed was SO SOFT that we were getting lower back pain in the morning, otherwise I highly recommend this hotel . "
