Hotel Riu Cancun - Adults Only - All Inclusive
6/10 Okay
"Food was below average in the buffet. Better food at the restaurants but definitely not amazing. Beach space was tiny and tons of rock "

Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort
6/10 Okay
"Great spot for families with young kids but there was not much for teens or young adults. The staff did a fine job but wasn’t really friendly. It was difficult to get dinner reservations. The property was clean and the room size was excellent. Our ocean facing patio with the daybed was the highlight. "

Camino Real Aeropuerto Mexico
10/10 Excellent
"Easy and fast check in! "

Temptation Cancun Resort All Inclusive - Adults Only
10/10 Excellent
"The room was clean, but did have a musty smell at times. Our bathroom door came off the hinge, but maintenance was quick to fix it once I notified the front desk. Our room had a view of the quiet pool. The staff were all friendly, amazing and work hard. Just to name a few that were awesome (Jones - Sutra, Ivan - breakfast, Aldo - Flame and Abdiel at the Expedia desk). These 4 gentlemen were awesome. Always have a great time and this resort and will definitely be back. "

Occidental Costa Cancún All Inclusive

Ocean Riviera Paradise All Inclusive
6/10 Okay
"I was expecting a better experience but I found the food to just be okay and the service was not to par to what other hotels offer. The buffet coffee was absolutely awful. Some room for improvement for sure. Hotel lobby was gorgeous. "

Hotel Riu Santa Fe - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Room was very good. The grounds were beautiful. Pools were very clean. Food was great - steak house worth the wait.
I would definitely go back to this resort but not in March. Way too many college kids - very loud, drunk and rude.

Seadust Cancún All Inclusive Family Resort
6/10 Okay
"We enjoyed our stay at Seadust, but some things felt falsely advertised. They claim to have 9 restaurants, but in reality there are only a few consistently available: the Italian restaurant, Japanese restaurant, steakhouse, and a place called Manhattan. There is also a Mexican restaurant open for lunch, but you have to get there right when it opens at 12:30 or you likely won’t get in. Another place called the Lighthouse looked delicious, but it is only available to Infinity Club members. None of the restaurants take reservations, so you have to arrive right when they open, and some opened as early as 5pm, meaning you had to leave the beach early to get ready and secure a table. The breakfast buffet was very good, but it was the only dining experience that felt consistently convenient.
There was also a shortage of towels because many guests kept them to reserve chairs before the towel service opened at 8am. We noticed people putting towels on chairs as early as 6am, so we ended up doing the same in order to have a place to sit. During spring break in March, there was no bar open directly on the beach. There appeared to be a bar setup under a shaded area, but no bartender was there, which made getting drinks inconvenient.
Overall, we were lucky to have the experience to go to Cancun and we definitely would come back, but we would 100% stay at a different resort and definitely an adults-only."
