"The exception was the front desk reception staff. Staff member Christofer was apparently in an accident. He could barely move due to pain, would not speak, and offered no information on our reservation. His associate was falling asleep and did not assist. "

"Unique, large hotel. Good service staff at small pool bar in front of the beach excellent, Otavio was very attentive along with the other lady bartender. Food: It was hard to get in to the steak house, told no reservations required but that was not the case. Same for the sushi restaurant. One dinner at each would have been a better experiences as buffet eating gets old. "

"Absolutely loved everything last thing about this resort. Very clean, full of entertainment, very relaxing, great food, and out of this world service from staff!! You will be treated like royalty here. Absolutely love it!!!! Can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a Cancun getaway."

"I have stayed here about 6 times and absolutely love it. The Adults only VIP area is quiet, private and the rooms are nice. The staff definitely maintains the cleanliness, there is plenty of food options, staff is very nice, Marcelo and Cruz have remembered my family and I year after year and they go above and beyond. Entertainment is great, great beach access. I’m excited to be back next year after renovations! "
