"Pros -Room was clean and beds are very comfortable. Cons- breakfast was not great. Dry burnt sausage links and eggs. Quality was disappointing. Shuttle didnt show up. Called hotel when i arrived and was told to wait outside door 10. Waited 40 minutes and then called an Uber. "

"Easy parking, the room was very clean and spacious. The concierge lounge was a nice treat as well. "

"The room was clean until you went to look out the window, and the window was very dirty. When looking out the window, the pool on the second floor was just outside our window, so we had to keep the curtains closed and the room dark. The windows in the lobby were very dirty as well, as if someone had taken a dirty rag and smeared the windows. The elevator was very dirty and needed to be vacuumed for some time. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent, with the normals. The TV did not work, could only turn on and off to a home screen, unable to watch anything. The other appliances, the microwave, lamp, and coffee/k-cup machine, did not work. On further investigation, they were all plugged into a desk power bar secured to the desk. But the desk power bar was plugged into itself, and none of them was actually plugged into a power source/wall outlet. There was no wall plug anywhere near this desk. To use the microwave, we had to move to another area, but nothing to put in it. The coffee machine was full of gross water, and a K-Cup was in the machine, with water in the cup, like it was ready to go, but my guess is it was like that for a long time by the looks of the water in the machine."

"Dated but clean (other than our coffee maker, still had coffee in it from when it was last used). Friendly staff, breakfast was subpar."

"Breakfast was not so wonderful. Food was not put under warm it was just put in ceramic dishes so was not very warm. Never used the pool hot tub. The cost of pet for one night was $100.00 ouch. That was good for 6 days. I asked is there a rate for one night she said no. I will be checking another motel next time in Edmonton. "
