"The beds are a little hard"

"Our room was clean. Saw lots of team members cleaning and picking up. Check in was easy. Check out was early but easy."

"Bar was well stocked and drinks were cold if not on ice. Staff was attentive and pleasant I was assured my needs would be met with just a phone call from my room. Air conditioning was confusing as the ground fault breaker on the power cord had been tripped but once that was corrected the comfort level in the room was as I expected. Bathroom needs renovated not just updated- Bath tub had a hole.in the upper side of the tub. The bathroom tile floor was visibly worn in traffic areas. A piece of painted tape with curled edges was on the wall covering a hole where a (?) thermostat was relocated to another location in the room. I did not see a visual functioning power light on the smoke detector in the room. "

"Clean newly built hotel lots of amenities price was fair not expensive not cheap. Staff was accommodating good breakfast nothing spectacular but good."

"Our room was clean but it has very strong odors. Pillows were not great. Cover had some stains. Breakfast was ok"

"This property is extremely disorganized. Do not stay here. While we were relaxing in our room, a housekeeper walked in without knocking and said, “When did they rent this room?” with no apology afterward. There were also no trash bags provided in the room. At 1:00 a.m., we were woken up by a huge fight happening above us, which resulted in six police officers responding to the scene. The breakfast attendant openly complained that they had been working seven days straight, and front desk staff brought their children to work, allowing them to run around the property. I requested a refund due to these issues, but the property refused. Overall, this was a very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend staying at this location."

"Room was perfect, and the care taker was amazing."

"My room was clean and furnished nicely. The lobby and dining area were well kept. The hallways and stairways looked dirty and smelled badly. I could smell marijuana in the stairways and throughout the hallway. Need a covered smoking section near one entrance to keep people away from the entrances smoking. I gave it a try based on price but I won’t be returning there again."

"Really quite and private the area seemed, but the building could DEFINITELY use some up dating that’s all I’m guna say 😳 Super professional and friendly staff tho"
