Waited 30 minute for reception desk clerk. First room assigned had broken toilet. Clerk gave us another room. This had hair in bathtub drain and hand towel with black stains on it. Bed was comfortable.

Plus - friendly staff: convenient to stores: newer lamps, beds, dressers, refrigerator; quiet. Minus - Much need to repair. Rusted shower drain (no stopper); holes in tub; Sticky floors (had to wear shoes); Electrical outlet in bathroom held on by scotch tape;TV snowy with lines and only 4 channels; holes around heating unit (had to stuff with towels); no breakfast offered (Sunday); outside sidewalk full of cigarette butts; grimy reception area (including phone). Hopefully, this facility is in a transition/repair mode.

The night manager was the best part of our stay. The exterior door would not secure, they allowed sketchy people to loiter around the building, the bed was worn out, rooms need updated, breakfast , had to take the chairs off of the tables, selection was limited, people actually walked in turned around and left, in the damp morning the hallways smelled like urine
