"This was one of my best stays at a hotel and i been staying at them for over 40 years and this was the phenomenal outstanding staff wonderful service I would stay here every chance I get sad they out due Hilton, Marriot's, Holiday Inn, all tops hotel I ever stayed in"

"The staff was extremely nice from check-in to check-out. Each time I came back into the hotel, the young man who checked me in greeted me by name. The hotel was located on a quiet street and convenient to lots of shopping and eating establishments. I especially liked the lobby. The fragrance was great. I appreciated the 24 hour hot tea/coffee station. The lobby even had little cubicles where a group could sit and talk. The room was nice. The bed and pillows were comfortable but the bed was not positioned in the right place to watch TV in bed. The air didnt function properly. Auto didnt seem to work so it had to be on continuously. I didnt like the fact that you had to turn on the entrance light switch in order for the sink switch and toilet/shower room switch to work. The entrance light was very bright which caused me to wake up when it was turned on. I didnt like the breakfast option. It was basically sandwiches and pastries. No food cooked on site. Overall, a great stay. Only those minor things."
