Was nice and clean and just what we needed for a good night sleep at a great rate Only problem we had room 315 smelt badly of cigarettes smoke but once we told them they came and sorted it and room 323 the smoke alarm kept beeping We will come back see ya next year when we be passing through again

For the price, and what you get, the hotel wasn’t terrible. The public areas were clean and the staff was helpful and nice. The rooms do have kitchenettes in them, but we stayed only overnight, so did not use any of it. The room was adequately clean- could things have been a bit nicer- sure.. but I didn’t feel scared to touch or sit down. The bathroom did have a lot of water damage near the shower and possibly mold, but it looks like the hotel is actively making repairs so I can only hope that this will be something included. Overall, there is literally 0 bells and whistles with this hotel, but you cannot beat the price and location. One of our better stays in Winston Salem, and we have stayed at least 5 other times over the past couple years.

Did a 3 night stay, non of the rooms are non-smoking first night couldn't sleep my room smelled and the AC was hitting me right on the face staff was nice and understanding and put me in another room. This is not a hotel to bring your family, there are some suspicious people and activities, the showers are for small people, there's no sofas that you can make it into a bed. Shower curtains are too small and water gets under the tiles I am sure there are some health issues there.

Didn't use the kitchen, but it looked OK. Didn't have time for the pool. Check-in was weird...the four things I had to initial?? You didn't tell me about a $100 damage deposit until one day before check-in!? Parking lot was well lit, which was a very good thing.

The kitchen doesn't have cooking utensils. The floor was dirty and I had to thoroughly clean it myself. Other than that, my stay was in the right location I needed to be in.

My family have been living here for over a year. We really like it. Ms. Brown and Rosa in the office are really nice. They are quick to fix things if something needs fixing in your room. We always get a good deal on our room every week.

Saved our day

They saved our day. We had a reservation at a different hotel. They had no rooms. So I booked this one they way to this location. They had exactly what we needed. So thankful for the front desk personnel.
