"When we checked in there was a mistake that was made with our room, they had accidentally check someone into our room. They more more than accommodating and apologetic to correct the issue. This hotel is really neat and clean. The rooms were nicely decorated in a fun way. The beds were AMAZING. We will definitely stay here again when in Dallas."

"The staff was super helpful. We got a free shuttle ride to DFW and when we got to the airport my son realized he forgot his wallet. I called the hotel and they were super helpful and went and got the wallet and sent with the next shuttle driver to bring to us. We were still able to catch our flight because of this and not having to go all the way back ourselves. "

"The picture showed a kitchenette with a fridge and sink. The room had a mini fridge. I have a medically complex toddler and rented at this hotel because of the pictures. We left early (not because of this, he got sick) but it was a pain to store and warm up his food. "

"While the grounds looked nice and clean, there were cockroaches in the bathtub of my room. I then got changed rooms and later that same night I had a staff number walk into my room even though that same staff member had checked me into that room earlier. Hoping to give it to another guest when I then followed them back to the front desk to clear up the mistake. I went back to my room again and I was locked out because they had deactivated my key card. This was at 11:00 p.m. at night. Thankfully I was still awake. I will never stay at this location again"
