"We had a fabulous time at this property. Jeff, the host, was close by if we had a question (or to share some breakfast with him!). The home was comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. It was a great location for what we had planned.....hiking waterfalls in the area. It was close to grocery stores in Ithaca, and shopping too. When, and if, we are back in the area, we will definitely book again with Jeff!! Thank you Jeff!!! "

"We booked this property months in advance for an event at Cornell. As the time arrived, we got no check information. Call to the owner went to someone else who claimed no knowledge. This is a scam listing. VRBO says they will refund my money taken months ago. I haven’t received it yet, but that’s their policy. However, I don’t know why they haven’t taken down this listing."
