"be vary cautious when staying at this hotel. we booked a room with two double beds and after arriving to the room, as the blanket was pulled back we noticed an actual bedbug. this is a serious cleanliness issue for us so we went to the front desk to request either a refund or to be moved to another room since it was 2am and finding another place to stay was not possible at the time. the night shift clerk was extremely rude and kept telling my friend to be quiet and that she would not talk to her because my name was on the reservation but we were standing there together explaining our concerns. after an unpleasant interaction the clerk changed our room and let us examine the new room and the bedsheets to make sure there weren’t any bugs. I will say, the only main positive with this hotel was that we were slightly impressed with the free breakfast options. the food was actually decent and had many choices to choose from. "

"We loved everything about this place except for one thing: after a wonderful evening and night, we wanted to take showers in the morning. There was little to absolutely no water pressure, so instead of a nice hot shower,new were forced to wash up as best we could when a little water trickled out. Hopefully this was just a one-time issue, not an ongoing problem, but it really marred an otherwise wonderful visit."
