"Great hotel in a fantastic location. Check in was very straight forward. Room was good quality, clean, comfortable and cleaned each day.
Given that this is a “budget” hotel it exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay again
The location is absolutely superb, very central, walking distance to everything. You really are in the heart of the city!
An excellent choice for the price it costs "

"Outstanding hotel. Coming from the train, hopped #1 tram to Commerce, 1 block from hotel, which is in the lovely pedestrian zone. Rooms was large, excellent bed & bedding, WC was sleek, nice to have a little fridge & bathrobes. Our "Priviledge" Room also had a Juliet balconey overlooking the walkway.
Common rooms have simple elegance (lobby, bar, restaurant). Didn't use the gym, but ironing room was handy! Great area for seeing sights, restaurants & shops.
BTW our impressions of this hotel started out great in the first minutes because of the young lady at reception, Julie, who greeted us the afternoon of Nov 2nd.
Rarely do we meet someone so flawless in every aspect. She was warm, friendly and very efficient. Provided an excellent room, clear information and made sure we were aware of all the hotel offers. After giving us our keys (without having to ask, 2) she asked if there was any other way she could help make our visit better. One has the feeling she will be succesful in any profession but she is certainly perfectly suited to hospitality.
This is definitely our No #1 for Nantes on any return trip."
"We spent 1 night.
Appreciated: Room design is modern, smart, practical. Good lighting. Dinner in the restaurant was surprisingly good, excellent plat du jour. Front desk personnel were helpful. Water and coffee were readily available.
Proximity to the train station—1 minute-can’t be beat. And easy to walk into town (one set of stairs.)
We paid extra for better room with Canal view. Very nice: plenty of natural light and fresh air. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom with separate toilet. Great spacious shower.
All in all excellent rapport quality/price. Would go again.
Small downside. Room could have been a bit cleaner. A used towel from previous occupants was left behind in the room. Towels seemed a bit worn. "
"Great location to walk to city center, avoiding the hustle bustle, with a Thai street food and a grocery store a minutes away. Quiet. English speaking staff. Good quality breakfast to fill up before exploring this lovely city."
"Il est situé dans le centre-ville. Le personnel sympathique a gentiment gardé nos bagages avant l'enregistrement et après le départ. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut un séjour confortable."
