What I don't like: NO one at the lobby when we arrived at 11pm, NO one pick up the phone either, NO poster or instruction for self check-in (doubt if any), we end up need to book & stay at another hotel.
Note: the lobby's door is not locked, messy inside, and it looks like they are moving or will be filing bankruptcy soon."

"We choose this property due to the unique value. Normally we choose due to location and accessibility. This cabin is located just down from the blueridge pkwy, Cherokee and lots of other scenic areas to explore. The cabin itself was perfect. We sat outside and enjoyed the small water feature and covered patio. The bathhouse was the wife’s favorite as it is completely up to date. The only thing I had an issue with is I’m 6’2” and the ceiling in the cabin when you walk in and over the bed is just at that. I clipped my head 2 times on the ceiling. Other than that it was a glorious experience"

"This property was very quiet and surrounded by woods. The hot tub was a nice perk. The people who own live on site in a separate part. You get the entire first floor suite to yourself and Denise is very helpful with any questions you may have. It really was like a little home away from home. The bed and pull out are comfy."
"We had three families staying over the July 4th week, the cabin had great space for everyone. Loved the large kitchen and counter space. My favorite space was drinking coffee on the back porch each morning. We even saw a momma bear and her cub, a couple of deer and a raccoon through out the week. Loved your decor in the home. The three seperate living rooms are great to spread out for down time in the evenings. "

"We had a great. The cabin was situated close to Main Street Waynesville where there was a variety of shops and great restaurants. We wen to a show in Harrahs casino and hiked the next day There was so much to do and such a beautiful area "
