The only thing I can say that would be nicer would be more chairs around the table for us to eat together! "Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked our trip late December online. We stayed Sunday-Friday. Finding the location was not an issue and we were supplied all the codes that we needed to enjoy all the areas of the home. We did see some evidence of past visitors, a beer bottle in the movie room, one by the hot tub, and bottles that looked to have been thrown over the railings of the deck. A Lego was found on the carpet of the stairs to the pool. Over all it was minor so I did not alert maintenance. I did call maintenance because we wanted to use the grill and the propane tank on the grill was empty. I was called back within 5-10 minutes and given the lock code with no issues. It’s a lot of house which was nice. We enjoyed the pool table, games, pool, hot tub and theater room. Some of the furnishings in the home could definitely use some updating but over all, I am pleased with what we experienced for what we paid. "
