Country House in Catalonia

"La casa está muy bien cuidada, está limpia y es un lugar tranquilo. Gérard y su esposa fueron muy amables en el recibimiento y siempre estaban pendientes de cualquier pregunta o duda que pudiéramos tener. Como dice el anuncio, la casa se encuentra entre viñedos, en un ambiente tranquilo a pesar de tener el pueblo a escasos minutos a pie. El pueblo tiene todo lo necesario para hacer la compra, además de un bazar chino. Volveríamos encantados."

"this is not your average place to stay. Off the beaten track at the top of a very old village. Once booked in time to take a deep breath and enjoy the scenery and the house dog and cat. This is a rustic house so don't expect perfection and enjoy the experience. The host cooked a delicious 3 course dinner for us with wine costing 20 euros each and there was a fully stocked bar charged at very reasonable rates. "In general is a very nice property, as far as, comfort, breakfast, staff, the property by itself, and little details offered to the guests, such as daily fruit and liquor in the room. What we did not like was that the breakfast is offered from 9:00 to 11:00 am. If you need to leave early for any reason you will no have breakfast even if you paid for. The wi-fi is very weak and the A/C does not get cold enough. Overall was a nice stay. "

"Daniel was a wonderful host and chef. The personal attention was a treat, as were the meals. The core of the place is Medieval (maybe 12th-14th century) yet the rooms are modern and comfortable. We loved our stay!"

"Super Hebergement, maison en pierres typiques magnifique avec vue sur les montagnes. Déco, et meubles faits par les propriétaires. Personnel adorable, d’une gentillesse hors norme et très très serviable. Le couple anticipe vos moindres besoins/désirs. Petit déjeuner copieux, pour tous les goûts et délicieux. On se sent chez nous au bout de quelques minutes. Il manque juste peut-être une cafetière ou bouilloire dans la chambre."

"Una estancia agridulce. A pesar de no tener nada que decir referente a la casa (más que está en medio de la nada), todo en buen estado y cuidado. Reservamos la casa 3 familias y dió la mala suerte de que uno de los adultos de una de las familias se puso enfermo. Contactamos con ellos para ver la viabilidad de posponer la reserva (sabiendo el poco margen de aviso) pero la alternativa ofrecida no dio a mucha opción a cambio. Con ello, finalmente solo pudo ir dos de las familias y la 3a por motivos...
