Monterey Dunes 166 - Moss Landing Townhome - A Mile of Beachfront!

Sun, sea and solitude. Monterey Dunes Colony vacation townhomes are stretched out over a mile of secluded beachfront. Each home has a boardwalk to the beach where you can walk, play, fish, build a sandcastle—or just do nothing. Common area amenities include a swimming pool (April to October) and hot tub; tennis, basketball, volleyball, pickleball and bocce ball courts, and a driving cage. Located a few minutes from Moss Landing, Monterey Dunes is 18 miles north of Monterey and nine miles south of Watsonville. Three bedrooms (2 Queens, 2 Twins, and a single rollaway) with two baths (one stall shower and one tub/shower combo).  NOTE: living room fireplace is currently unusable.The Monterey Dunes Colony is a gated enclave of beachfront vacation homes between Santa Cruz and Monterey. Located near the quaint harbor town of Moss Landing, these properties enjoy a mile of secluded beachfront and numerous outdoor amenities.
