"It was a great location. There was a whole foods 1 block away for when I didn't want to eat out and plenty of restaurant options close by. It felt like a good/safe neighbourhood."

"good location, very quiet room, comfortable bed. Pleasant enough staff. Enough staff 24 hours to feel safe. The neighbourhood felt safe. No breakfast onsite. Fridge in my room didnt work and the engineer staff were not available. The front desk person did offer me to use the fridge in the reception. i didnt use the pool but i did see someone else using it and i could see the heat coming off it! Quite a few empty or buildings in the area made it feel less busy than i was expecting. Union square is a community space with different events happening in the weekend or evenings. "

"The hotel is over 100 years old but the room was immaculate the service great. Free lattes free fruit free cookies. They offered several types of pillows. Even a rubber duckie on the bath tub. The staff was so helpful and nice. The location was excellent "
