"Wow!! Where to being? Every interaction I had with the staff, and I’m ashamed to say there was a lot, was amazing. Every time they were more than accommodating and kind. We first needed to change our reservation, which they easily did. Then there was some issue with our check in, which were 100% my own fault, and again they accommodated us. The only slightly negative thing we experienced was at breakfast. It was all over pancakes and wasn’t even the fault of the staff. Just be advised they do have an automated pancake maker, and the day that we were there was very busy. I absolutely love the idea of fresh pancakes though and my kids did say they enjoyed them. There will be a wait if it’s busy. There also aren’t phone charging outlets in the rooms, so don’t forget your brick. Other than that, this was an absolutely beautiful hotel. It felt like staying in an apartment complex and not a hotel at all. Parking is tight if you drive a big vehicle. If we have to travel to Saint Louis again we will be staying here. "

"Overall bad experience. Arrived for weekend stay on Friday at 330pm. Got in room and turned AC down low to get room cold. Put some perishables away in fridge for later. Then, left for evening plans and returned around midnight. Upon return room temp was 76 degrees, the AC had been turned off. Room finally cooled down enough to sleep around 2 am but then AC turned off repeatedly throughout the night causing the room to be super uncomfortable and sleep impossible. Morning came and we went to fridge to enjoy items we had in it to find the fridge was not working and all the items had spoiled. Later in the day we returned to the hotel to go use the pool and relax. There were no pool towels so I went to front desk to request some. I was told there were none clean and there were no additional towels for our room either so we were unable to use the pool. We ventured out again, ensuring the AC was turned on before leaving. We again returned around 9pm and once again found our AC off and the room was 75 this time. I returned to the desk and was handed instructions to reset the AC system and told the AC runs on motion sensors and turns off after 30 minutes of inactivity. The staff were not friendly or helpful with this situation. Essentially telling us that our complaint was not a concern to them and to get over being uncomfortable and unable to sleep. "

"The staff at Drury Inn & Suites Southwest St. Louis were one of the highlights of the property. They were very friendly and wanted to make the stay an excellent experience. For us, the location was important. This was a central location at a good value."

"An event was occurring in the ballroom right above our room. It was after 9 pm and the room was bouncing and creaking with the dancing and hopping up and down, enough to feel like motion sickness. We requested to be moved and the staff person said they were fully booked, and was rude about the situation. I checked the website and discovered the staff lied and several rooms were available that night. We were moved to another room where the toilet was broken and the shower head didn’t work. "

"I arrived at hotel and met reception staff for check in. Drama starts!! I was told that since you booked through 3rd party such as expedia, you could not be,checked in. The reason being the price gave by expedia to me is what expedia trying to pay to hotelm Hotel doesnot agree with that rate. I was asked to call expedia customer service and solve the issue with them as if i negotiated rate between hotel and expedia. I was waiting in lobby and calling expedia. I was on call with expedia for 3 hours. I was not allowed to check in until i Pay the difference between what expedia paid vs theor e,pected rate. Finally, i paid difference and then allowed to check in after 3 hours. I was also told that i will not get recepit of what i paid. This is worst experience at this hotel. Room was clean and parking was,safe. After 2 days of stay, i tried to get receipt in the morning,from manager. She was kind to give the,same. I should not have to go through issues between hotel and expedia for 3 hours. This is unfair. Please think about it and decide best action."

"Horrible stay. Booked 3 nights and beds were hard as a rock. Bathroom is tiny and not vented. Staff was not helpful at all. Breakfast was typical but no plates. Had someone's scabs in our sheets and staff could careless. Won't ever stay at this hotel again. Not worth the money and staff was not helpful whatsoever!"

"Well I’m not a complainer, but we thought the casino was not the cleanest, empty beer cans full ashtrays and not sure when the last time a machine was wiped off. We went to the sports bar for a quick dinner and a couple of drinks the waitress was ok but they can’t answer a question. Never got the drink that I ordered, finally told them to forget it. Anyway make sure you have your hand sanitizer if you plan on spending time in the casino! "

"The room was clean and spacious, but that's about the only positive. The clerk at check in seemed like I was bothering her by being there; the parking lot was sketchy. When I went to my room, the room next door had 2 folding chairs outside and an ashtray that must have had 30+ cigarette butts in it on the ground. The TV in my room didn't work, but that really didnt matter because there was no remote. The entire place was overrun with weeds and grass that desperately needed mowing. With a little care, this could be a very nice property, but no one is putting in any effort."

"Must be able to walk steps. Beautiful mini apartments. Centrally located."
