The staff was very courteous. The room was clean. I will see you get what you pay for and sometimes I wonder if booking through Expedia results in you getting the poorest room in the hotel. I always seem to be right by the elevator or stairs so a lot of foot traffic outside the door

I almost didn't book here because of the amount of negative reviews, but glad I took a chance! Yes the building and hallways are a little dated and could use some maintenance, but our room itself was great! Especially at the price - clean, bright, large, and very comfortable. The staff was also very friendly.

The night Manager is great.! I arrived at midnight, used the door phone to contact guest services and within a couple of minutes the smiling night manager gave me my room key. This is exceptional service and I highly recommend staying at this location!

Staff is rude and unfriendly. They allow children to play and run in the hallway and knock on people doors and they have a bug problem and they will blame stuff on you that you did not do horrible place to stay will not recommend this place to no one.
