Large, rustic 2-family house "Mulino Lavaggini", 300 m a.s.l., from the 19th century, renovated. In the hamlet Missano 4 km from the centre of Castiglione Chiavarese, in a secluded, quiet position, 16 km from the sea, directly by the stream, in a cul-de-sac, in the woods. For shared use: property with trees. In the house: storage room for bicycles, washing machine (for shared use). 1.8 km long narrow motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house. Restaurant 800 m, bar 4 km, bakery 4 km, bus stop 4 km, shingle beach "Riva Trigoso" 16 km. Nearby attractions: Sestri Levante 15 km, Moneglia 21 km, Varese Ligure 20 km. Please note: car recommended. Animals in the neighbourhood. The tap water has no drinking water quality.

Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy

Looks OK but it is not OK!

Website description is a big lie, no working wifi, kitchen equipment missing, light bulbs missing in the kids room, owner don't react when questions. Very difficult stairs to get to the appartment, garden table and chair very poor quality, bed matras not good, velux windows not working. Overall very very cheap equipment. Not recommendable.
