We chose to stay here as we had an early flight out of Ciampino airport, but we're glad we did! Much quieter than the hustle and bustle of Rome, but easy to get to and from the city. Great facilities, comfortable bed and easy check in. Christos was very helpful with giving restaurant recommendations and showing us where to get the train as well as the airport shuttle bus. Would recommend!

The staff who checked us in were just fantastic the nicest people you could meet. Even invited us to dinner with them. I would recommend anyone visit here. The view from our terrace is just amazing

Amazing owners and such a great room! Very clean and modern. We had very early morning schedules so I do hope the other guests in the house weren’t too disturbed. Ciampino and the walkable Pizzaria were lovely and welcoming

Stefano (the host) and the other staff were extremely helpful and are very passionate about Rome, its art and history. They made us feel like family.
The place is cozy with a pretty garden and plenty of original artwork.
Breakfast was simple yet delicious.
It is about a 50minute drive to the centre of Rome, but is absolutely worth it!
Highly recommend it, we'll be back here!

Beautiful Villa that transports you back in time. Friendly staff with a free shuttle bus to the main town of Frascati. Fantastic breakfast. Definitely an experience not to be missed. It’s a 10/10.

The Hotel is beautiful and architect designed, We feel like a palace. We had a large room for family and we enjoyed the hotel landscape.
Breakfast bufet was very simple and boring for 4 day stay because all days was same.
Staff were frindly and kind.
