"Comfy beds, darkened window shades, fluffy towels, excellent service and restaurant. We did not even use the pool or jacuzzi, because the beach is just across. Very quet and comfortable. The room with sairs going up was excellent!"

"My husband and I enjoyed 10 nights at the Castellmar. The building is older and the bathroom could use a face lift but everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. The deck off the living room was huge and we enjoyed our partial view of the sea. I would recommend this property for the price even though the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbours. "

"Small but beautiful and clean apartment, 2 blocks from the beach. Check-in is at a completely different address several blocks away, which was unclear in the app, so I had to walk some distance with my bags to find it. The staff were very sweet and they drove me back to the apartment after check in. Check out procedure is also vague, I dropped off the key cards, then emailed to confirm that was all I had to do, but have yet to receive a response. Unclear if the problem is with the Hotels.com...

"Room small, not room for 2 persons bags, odor in room (masked w diffusers), shower didn't drain, manager/concierge gave us the worst room even tho we decided to stay extra night. However we still liked the hotel..maybe better room next time"

"My wife and I stayed here for one week. We originally thought it was closer to Barcelona than it actually is. But that wasn’t a problem as the nearby train station (4-5 blocks) is convenient and runs frequently. We did make the mistake of thinking all the return trains make all the same stops. They don’t, as we found out as our stop went right past us. We got off at the next station, waited less than ten minutes for the next train heading back which did make our stop. Lesson learned.
