"The staff was amazing and food was delicious. Only 2 things they need to change, you need an iron in the room, had to go downstairs and iron and the bed was a little hard for my liking. But everything else was amazing. "

"Stayed here one night before early flight from Pisa. I wasn't expecting much, but was really happily surprised. The staff were lovely, friendly and smiling every time I had interaction with them. My room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a lovely view over the rooftops (yes, even the Tower in the distance). It was very quiet in the evening as my room was not facing the street. And the breakfast was amazing! So many options, I was kicking myself for not having enough time to enjoy it properly. Easy walk to town and the Tower and it took me 15 minutes from the hotel to the airport (on the shuttle). Will definitely be back if ever travelling through Pisa again. "
