"Excellent food, very clean with good daily room service, very pleasant staff. Only downside is access to the separate accommodation block. There are 8 very steep steps, then for upstairs rooms a staircase with curves meaning it is difficult to take suitcases up."

It was very hot weather and the air con was very handy. Comfy room good amenities. Evening meals and breakfast excellent with a good selection, well presented and good service. "The hotel staff are excellent. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is comfortable, if a little dated. You need to let them know if an accessible shower is needed as many rooms have a bathtub shower. The food is available until late evening and the bus stop to town is across the road, while the return stop is just a house away."
