A really homely stay with a great breakfast. I was a solo traveller and felt safe there. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel could perhaps do with some updating but nevertheless I enjoyed my stay
A family run hotel, nothing is too much trouble. The bar meals are superb and come out piping hot! The staff are attentive and always met with a smile and engage in conversation and very knowledgeable. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Walking distance of the main town and free parking. Pool was lovely and breakfast had a good selection catering for all tastes. Book for bar meals advised as very busy with visitors and locals, you will see why when you try the menu
Comfortable and quiet, the Grange Lodge was a great place to stay for exploring Guernsey. Staff were so helpful and kind, especially at breakfast - friendly 'good mornings' made for a great start to the day (as well as the food!).
Thank you!
I had a very comfortable stay, the breakfast was very good with a good variety of choices and the staff were very friendly, I will stay here again and recommend to others.
Staff really nice and very helpful. Pool clean and not cold. Rooms a bit dated, but then it is a period hotel. Bathrooms nice and modern though. Rooms facing the road a bit noisy so choose one at the back if that bothers you. Mattresses a bit too soft but that's just personal taste. Allowed to use common areas and pool after check out if leaving the island later. Free baggage storage too.
Very historic building with almost everything still original, dating from 1815. Excellent customer service, clean rooms, plenty of food choices. Relaxed atmosphere.

Staff really not very helpful. Good location with a lovely walk down to the town. Hotel itself is huge, didn’t use the pool unfortunately due to bad weather but looked very well maintained and clean. I took advantage of the lounges to relax in as a break from just being in The room.
Room was clean and tidy and hotel breakfast was great !
Parking to front was helpful and so were the staff. I used the bar for evening meals and was pleased with selection of menu and food quality, My visit was to early for the outside pool but will be back later in the year to make good use of it. Thanks for a nice stay.
The staff at this hotel were lovely- friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent and the rooms comfortable. My room was spacious and clean. The only areas for improvement- my mattress felt a little old and worn. Also as cyclists it would have been good to have cover for our bicycles during our stay. Roufy our breakfast provider was really delightful and so helpful, as was Alan on reception. I would stay here again and recommend to others.
The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good with a wide choice, room was clean and comfortable, I had a long wait though until my room was ready but I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others
This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed and we love it. Perfect location, great breakfast and lovely staff

Nice hotel clean but a bit dated, mattress's very soft, not the best sleep. Lovely gardens and swimming pool. The bar serves lovely meals reasonably priced. Nice walk into the centre, but hilly coming back.
Would stay there again.
Stayed there for 7 nights whilst on holiday in Guernsey.
Excellent hotel, very friendly staff and a rather nice cooked breakfast too.
Would certainly stay there again in the future.

I have stayed at the Grange a few times and found it good value- it is nicely central to Town and next to buses out to the coast, staff are friendly & the breakfast is good.
a really pleasant stay, a great central location within walking distance to all the amenities. hotel itself was comfortable and a very hearty breakfast
This hotel is great. Rooms with good amenities; friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a swimming pool in case you fancy a dip. Also there is a pub/restaurant with some fantastic food - book early, the place is clearly quite popular, namely with the locals.
